Utu is a harmonious and spacious two-person hotel room in shades of gray, whose high-backed rattan chair invites you to sit and admire the landscape. The high windows offer a wonderful view over the roofs of the factory buildings to the vast fields and forests. The view is crowned by the fire tower from the time of Forssa Fabric Companies, far from the end of the 19th century. Tower is beautifully alight in the evening.
Utu is the first room on the right when arriving at Luppo's premises. If you want to sneak in and out quickly, Utu is your room.
The beds in the room can be made into a double bed if necessary. The Utu room has an accessible private bathroom. Finnish word Utu means mist in english.

Aate is a relaxed, ocher-hued double hotel room, which is located behind the common areas of our small hotel, separate from the other rooms. By the wooden writing desk that has been given a new life, the landscape opens up to the banks of Loimijoki and over Forssa. You can also see the city's most beautiful sunsets from here. The same view can be admired from the high windows of Aate own accessible bathroom.
The room also has a small table and stylishly reupholstered armchairs. At one time, Helmi-mamma and her husband sat in them, exchanging the news of the day.
The room has two separate rooms, each with a bed. There is no door between the spaces, but the sleepers get their own peace for their sleep. If necessary, the beds in the room can be arranged into a double bed. Finnish word Aate means thought in english.

Havu room is our therapy and treatment room now. We can offer therapy and coaching and different kind of treatments, such as massage or aromatherapy, for you in our own spaces, so you don`t need to go anywhere else.
Haave is a calm and gentle, spacious single hotel room dominated by an old wooden rocking chair that invites you to daydream. In it, Tilda-mamma once wove woolen socks for the children. You can dream of staring at the beautiful countryside over the red roofs. In the evenings, beautifully lighted Forssa companies old fire tower can be seen from the window. The same view can also be admired from the high windows of Haave's own bathroom. Haave is the second room on the right when entering the hotel premises. Finnish word Haave means dream in english.

A cozy, green-toned Lepo -room helps you get a deep and restful night's sleep. Its lowered and soundproof ceiling in the front of the room guarantees silence. In other parts, the ceiling is five meters high, just like in the other rooms.
Take a rest, sit in a green armchair and admire the scenery. The red roofs of old factory buildings and the river can be seen from the window. Finnish word Lepo means rest in english.
The Lepo -room has its own toilet. The shower can be found a few meters away from the shower and sauna facilities of our small hotel.

The green-hued one-person hotelroom Uni guarantees a deep and peaceful night's sleep. They are guaranteed by a lowered and sound-insulated ceiling in the front of the room. However, there is enough space and height in the cozy room: in other parts, the ceiling is five meters high, as in all Lupo rooms. From the high window you can see the red roofs of the red brick factory and the river landscape.
The Uni room has its own toilet facilities, and you can take a shower in our small hotel's shower or in the sauna facilities, which are located a few meters from Uni. Finnish word Uni means sleep in english.
